Shipping and Returns
Shipping
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. U.S orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping methods for International Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For any changes to orders to be accepted, they need to be emailed to info@petsandusstore.com with the subject title 'order change' before 7pm EST of the day of placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please confirm the address with the customer service team before you send out any return.
Other items not eligible for returns are:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
