To amend or cancel your order, please inform within 3 hours on the date of ordering. Please note that any order that has been packed or shipping is not cancellable.
To be eligible for returns, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that the customer has to pay all shipping costs and taxes related to the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns are only on a case-by-case basis.
